Issue:
Upgrade to UxRT 5.0MP3 fails, and common infrastructure packages get downgraded, if the customer has UxRT 5.0GA or 5.0MP1 installed, along with CCS5.0MP1RP2.

Solution:
Symantec is providing a new Perl module as a workaround to this installation problem.

Workaround Steps:
      1.  Copy the Perl module CCSpatch.pl to /tmp
      2.  Usage: 
          ./installmp -require /tmp/CCSpatch.pl
