Errors/Problems Fixed:
e1279600  BCV devices require vxconfigd -k rescan before they are usable after a split
e1422262  'vxdg free' displays wrong information
e1422271  vxtask needs to display the resync progress subtask for shared volumes with DRL
e1422273  vxrootmir fails on 5.0 if root dg not "rootdg" & license never installed
e1422277  locker forgot to unlock panic while testing campus cluster.
e1422285  incorrect vxdg free output and vxconfigd core dump

Install/Uninstall Instructions:

1. Remove all Unofficial patches before installing the patches.

2. Install these patches using:

	$ swinstall -x autoreboot=true -s <patch location> PHCO_38918 PHKL_38917 PHCO_38919

3. Please do swverify after installing the patches in order to make sure
   that the patches are installed correctly using:

	$ swverify PHCO_38918 PHKL_38917 PHCO_38919

4. Uninstall the patches using:

	$ swremove -x autoreboot=true PHCO_38918 PHKL_38917 PHCO_38919


Additional Notes:
The Patch PHCO_38918, PHKL_38917 and PHCO_38919 can be installed only
on a system with 3.5 VxVM ( HPUX11.11i) is installed with PHKL_31162.
