This new lanman.dll also adds an additional message to the Lanman_A.txt when it attempts to contact a DNS server that is listed in the AdditionalDNSServers attribute and that server does not respond: VCS WARNING V-16-10051-3046 Lanman:HP_Lanman:monitor:DNS server 10.10.10.1 is unreachable. DNS query timed out. Where the server “10.10.10.1” is the IP Address of the server that Lanman cannot communicate with. Rename the file %vcs_home%inlanmanlanman.dll to %vcs_home%inlanmanlanman.dll.1843416. Perform this step on all nodes in the cluster. 3. Rename the file %vcs_home%inlanmanlanman.xml to %vcs_home%inlanmanlanman.xml.1843416. Perform this step on all nodes in the cluster. 4. Copy the appropriate new lanman.dll and lanman.xml from the temporary directory in step one above to %vcs_home%inlanman directory. 5. Start SFW-HA to resume high available of the managed services by executing the following command from a Windows command prompt hastart -all 6. Repeat steps 1-4 on all clusters that utilize a Lanman resource. NOTE: If you apply this hotfix on top of RP1a, then you will have to reapply this hotfix AFTER installing RP2. V.
