The patch installs a modified evaluation license key to work around the registration issue. Fixes applied for the product --------------------------+ Symantec ApplicationHA 6.0 Install/Uninstall instructions ------------------------------+ Download the patch zip file to a temporary location on your system. The zip file contains the following two files: * ApplicationHA60_license_patch.bat * ApplicationHA60_license_patch.pl To apply the patch -------------------+ 1. Extract the patch files from the zip file. 2. From the command prompt, navigate to the directory where you extracted the patch files. 3. Run the ApplicationHA60_license_patch.bat script. You can safely run the patch script multiple times on the ApplicationHA Console host. 2. Every time you use the CopyInstaller.bat file to copy the installer program for a Linux operating system to the ApplicationHA Console host, you must thereafter re-apply the patch on the ApplicationHA Console host.
