SYMPTOM: Version 4.x RPM tool unable to sign VRTSob RPM because it is a version
3.x RPM version. 

DESCRIPTION: Unable to sign VRTSob RPM with version 4.x RPM tool, because VRTSob
RPM is 
build with version 3.x RPM tools and hence contains version 3.x. Note all other 
Storage Foundation RPM's are build with version 4.x RPM version.

Customer expectation is that we should build our VRTSob RPM with version 4.x 
RPM tools. Currently the customer is not able to complete there Redhat 
Satellite environment as they are required to sign all there RPM's, but are 
unable to because of the VRTSob issue. 

RESOLUTION:Created package with 4.x RPM.
