Another part of the fix for this issue is available with hotfix- F520043165963. Need to apply both these hotfixes(F520043165963 and F520043048624) to get complete fix for an HP EVA array monitoring issue. - Supported operating systems include: - Solaris 10 - Windows Server 2000, 2003, and 2008 - Expected time taken by hotfix installation process is around 15 minutes. B - Deploying the HotFix from Windows Management Server -------------------------------------------------------------------------- The examples in the following procedure assume that you installed CommandCentral on a 32-bit host in the default installation directory. 1. Copy ccs-5.2RU4HF520043048624w-patches.zip to a temporary location. For example, to C:\Temp 2.
