This message may appear when executing operations that involve multiple hosts. These include operations invoked through the Veritas Enterprise Administrator (VEA) or by using the vxrds command. The message indicates that the Volume Replicator Administrative Service (VRAS) that is running on the secondary host is unable to run the command.
Possible Causes
The secondary host may already be exchanging configuration information with the primary host because of an earlier operation. Until this exchange completes, the secondary will not accept new configuration change requests.
One of the objects or its properties necessary for the command to complete the operation is not present on the secondary.
Solution
Wait for some time and try the command again
Use the vxprint command to verify the that the configurations of the primary and secondary replicated volume groups (RVGs) are correct
Get notifications about ASLs/APMs, HCLs, patches, and high availability agents

The Compare Configurations feature lets you compare different system scans by the data collector. When you sign in, you can choose a target system, compare reports run at different times, and easily see how the system's configuration has changed.
Save configurations
After logging in, you can retrieve past reports, share reports with colleagues, review notifications you received, and retain custom settings. Anonymous users cannot access these features.
