Description: When a node joins a cluster that uses SCSI-3 based I/O fencing, the VxFEN driver on the local node attempts to register with a majority of coordinator disks. If the VxFEN driver fails in this attempt, the node fails to join the cluster and this message is displayed on the console.

Recommended Action: The administrator should check the coordinator disks for SCSI-3 support. See the Veritas Cluster Server User's Guide for more information.
