call to VM ioctl VOL_CLEAR_PR returned non-zero
Description:

This message is displayed when the call to the VOL_CLEAR_PR input/output control (ioctl) fails. After a race for coordination points, the racer node of the winning sub-cluster uses the VOL_CLEAR_PR ioctl to fence off the data disks from the losing sub-cluster.
