VxFEN lost communication with client. VxFEN unconfigured.
Description:

In willow mode fencing, this warning may appear during VxFEN unconfiguration when vxfend (the user mode fencing daemon) fails to communicate with CMVXD.

One reason that might occur is that CMVXD died, in which case, this warning is accompanied with the following message in syslog:

VXFEND: Failed to send a message to CMVXD!
