Description: The heartbeat packets did not arrive in the proper sequence. Either the network links are too busy that these links are dropping some packets or the LLT node-to-node connection had a momentary loss that disrupted the sequence of the LLT heartbeats.

Recommended Action: Make sure that the physical links are connected and that the network topology is correct. If these messages are only logged occasionally, then you may ignore these messages.
