Description: If LLT does not receive any traffic on a link from a particular node for more than a specified number of seconds, LLT logs this informational message in the syslog.
In most cases, this message precedes the "node expired" messages V-14-1-10033 or V-14-1-10509. If a "node expired" message does not follow and a large number of these messages are displayed, the peer node is too heavily loaded and is finding it hard to send out network traffic.
Recommended Action: Determine why the peer node cannot send packets. Either the node is down or is too busy.
