LLT: %s link %u for node %u addr change from x1 to x2

Low latency transport (LLT) stores the media access code (MAC) addresses of the peer nodes that it learns using the address resolution protocol (ARP). When LLT receives an ARP packet from the peer node, it checks for the peer node's MAC address in the ARP packet with the address LLT has stored. If the values differ, LLT displays this message to indicate that the MAC address of the peer node has changed.
