The error noted above of  V-14-2-15107 could not map the MAC address to a device: MAC=%macaddress%" means that MAC address that is put into the llttab.txt file is not able to be mapped correctly.  This almost always will be a problem with NIC being disabled or not working properly.

If the MAC address is disabled, then just Enable it and then restart machine and this should fix your problem.  If the error still exists, then it may be that the MAC address isn't correctly entered into this llttab.txt file on this machine.  In order to find this out, you will need to Enable TCP/IP temporarily for all NICS and then issue "IPCONFIG /ALL" at a command prompt and then verify that the MAC addresses all match up.  If they do, then remove TCP/IP from the heartbeat NICS (not the Public NIC) and then contact Support .  If they do not, then edit llttab.txt file to match properly and then save and close the file.  Remove TCP/IP from the heartbeat NICS (not the Public NIC) and then reboot the machine. Cluster should work properly after reboot. Reboot one node at a time.
