Description

A resource enters the ADMIN_WAIT state when the ManageFaults attribute for the service group is set to NONE. The ADMIN_WAIT state is cleared either by manual intervention or inside the resadminwait trigger. If there's an agent restart or VCS engine restart (the high available daemon dies unexpectedly), VCS doesn't honor the ManageFaults attribute. The resource is declared as offline and the service group is failed over to the next available node.
