Description:

This message appears in the output when you enter hagrp -online as well as in the engine_A.log file when the policy decides to bring the group online. The message indicates that the group has resources for which the agent is faulted on the target node where the group is requested to be online. 

The command hagrp -online -sys indicates the specific system, while the command hagrp -online -any and the policy logic might have chosen a system for evaluating.

Run the hastatus -sum command and review the AGENTS FAILED section of the output. If any agents failed, check the specific agent log and the engine_A.log file to determine the reason for the failure.

After you resolve the issue, run the command haagent -start -sys to start the agent. Run the hastatus -sum command, and confirm that the entry for this agent is removed from the AGENTS FAILED section.
