Description:

This error occurs if the communication between the Veritas Cluster Server (VCS) engine, the high availability daemon (HAD), and the VCS cluster components (for example, the VCS agents) fails.
 

This issue may occur due to insufficient memory available on any of the cluster node.

No manual intervention is required. The VCS engine automatically restarts to resolve the issue. The configured application is not monitored for high availability until the VCS engine restarts successfully.
