While forming a Veritas Cluster Server (VCS) cluster, the VCS HAD daemon registers with Global Atomic Broadcast (GAB), a kernel component. If GAB registration fails, the message above is written to the engine_A.log file.

Determine whether the GAB module is loaded properly. If it is, check if the port-a membership is complete.
