Description:

This error is printed when the Veritas Cluster Server (VCS) HAD daemon is trying to get a message queued for it from Global Atomic Broadcast (GAB). After this error occurs, the VCS daemon exits.

Check if GAB has returned any errors that indicate why HAD could not receive a message from GAB that was queued for it. For further analysis, contact Veritas Technical Support.
