Description:

When the Veritas Cluster Server (VCS) high availability daemon (HAD) exits abruptly, the VCS daemon's shadow (hashadow) records this message. Also, HAD records this error if there is an issue when data is transferring between itself and GAB.

Check if GAB killed HAD or if there is another issue with HAD. Usually, after some time, hashadow restarts HAD.
