Recommended Action: This message could be displayed when HAD is changing its state (for example, from LOCAL_BUILD to RUNNING). Check the current state of HAD on the node and wait until HAD gets into a steady state. Try the operation again. If you are unable to perform the operation even after waiting for some time, contact Veritas support.
