Description
This error usually indicates a problem with the single sign-on authentication.
Workaround
If this is an emergency, remove the "SecureClus" entry from main.cf and restart the cluster. This will bypass the single sign-on.
Solution
If affected node is not a root broker, you can copy vrtsatlocal.conf from another node in the cluster as long as neither of the nodes are root brokers. Use a text editor to perform a "Find and Replace" for the name of the original node and replace the value with the name of the problem node.
If the affect node is a root broker, it may be necessary to reinstall the Veritas Product Authentication Service. The Related Documents section below contains a document with information about this procedure.
