Check Veritas Cluster Server (VCS) logs engine_A.log for the reason why the resource is faulted. The messages that indicate the fault should have been displayed before this message.

 

You can find the logs in the /var/VRTSvcs/log/ directory. For resource-specific issue, you may need to check the Agent log files.
