Description: Multiple reasons exist for this error, for example: the base interfaces do not have proper IP addresses assigned, base interfaces belong to different subnets, base interfaces have different or improper flags, the IPMP groupname is not assigned to the base interfaces or it is not same for all interfaces.

Recommended Action: Verify that the potential problems listed above are all corrected.
