| Description: | The error message is displayed when the resource becomes OFFLINE outside the VCS control, while ONLINE registration is going on. When a Mount resource attempts for ONLINE registration with AMF, AMF verifies the actual state of the resource. If AMF finds resource in OFFLINE state, it rejects the registration with the error message. |
