Description: The IPMultiNIC resource depends on information that its corresponding MultiNICA resource exports. For the IPMultiNIC monitor cycle to occur, the monitor agent function (entry point) of the corresponding MultiNICA resource must complete first. The IPMultiNIC resource's monitor agent function (entry point) logs this message when it detects that the monitor agent function (entry point) of its child MultiNICA resource has not occurred.
