  • Status code V-16-13-116 appears in Veritas Storage Foundation HA for Windows
  • ERROR: "Failed to create a drive mount for the specified instance.
Reason could be one of the following:

1. The mount required for SQL data is not mounted.
2. The disk is not visible from all the nodes.
3. The same Mount is configured as any other resource


To provide our customers with as many troubleshooting resources as possible, Symantec Enterprise Technical  Support is currently working to research and provide information for all possible status codes and errors that  may appear while using Veritas Storage Foundation for Windows.
