Symptoms
- Status code V-16-13-116 appears in Veritas Storage Foundation HA for Windows
- ERROR: "Failed to create a drive mount for the specified instance.
Reason could be one of the following:
1. The mount required for SQL data is not mounted.
2. The disk is not visible from all the nodes.
3. The same Mount is configured as any other resource
