Description:

This error may occur when you configure a service group using the service group configuration wizard.

The error may be due to any of the following:
 

  • The Veritas Command Server service is not running on some of the nodes that you selected in the System List.
     
  • The selected system is not reachable.
     
  • The firewall is enabled for port 14150; therefore, the command server cannot connect.

  1. Make sure that you can access the remote systems from the system on which you are running the wizard.
     
  2. Make sure that the firewall has an exception for the command server port (14150).
     
  3. Make sure that the Veritas Command Server service is running on all the selected nodes.
