Symptoms

- Status code V-16-13-4432 is reported by the Exchange Setup Wizard.
- WARNING: "Setup wizard successfully configured any to any. However it  failed to add the nodes to the SystemList of the Exchange service group in the cluster. The wizard also could not change the cluster configuration to read-only mode, hence taking the cluster to ADMIN_WAIT state. Click OK and perform the following step:
    - Run hasys - force 'sys_name' to force the system to start while in ADMIN_WAIT"
