Symptoms

- Status code  V-16-13-4438 is reported by the Exchange Setup Wizard.
- NOTICE: "The wizard has detected that pre installation tasks and Microsoft Exchange 2000 installation has been successfully completed on this node. Install Service Pack 3 for Microsoft Exchange and then run the Exchange Setup wizard to perform post-installation tasks"
