Symptoms

- Status code  V-16-13-4505 is reported by the Exchange Setup Wizard.
- NOTICE: "usage: setup.exe /UpdateExchVersion <sysname1> <sysname2>
 Eg     :
 update on Sys1 and Sys2    :  Setup.exe /UpdateExchVersion Sys1 Sys2
 update only on local system:  Setup.exe /UpdateExchVersion"
