Description:

This error message displays when the Veritas Cluster Server (VCS) Cluster Configuration Wizard (VCW) fails to add a user to the domain. This error may occur because:

 

  • The user does not have access to the requested information.
     
  • The computer name is invalid.
     
  • The operation is allowed only on the primary domain controller of the domain.
     
  • The group already exists.
     
  • The password is not according to the password policy.
