Message:
Resource(%s) has reported unexpected OFFLINE %s times, which is still within the ToleranceLimit(%s).
Description:

If a resource is offline and the ToleranceLimit attribute is specified, the agent for the resource logs this message for each monitor cycle that falls within the time limit specified by ToleranceLimit. The agent does not report the resource as OFFLINE.

Assume that the resource is online and that its state turns to OFFLINE in the next periodic monitor cycle. If ToleranceLimit is not specified, the agent reports the state as OFFLINE to the Veritas Cluster Server (VCS) engine, which moves the resource to the FAULTED state.

If ToleranceLimit is specified and the monitor cycle falls within ToleranceLimit, the agent does not report the state as OFFLINE. It logs this message  and waits for another monitor cycle. The agent waits until ToleranceLimit is reached and then  reports the state as OFFLINE.
