Agent is unable to offline resource(%s). Administrative intervention may be required.
Description:

When a user or engine attempts an offline entry point finish but fails to bring offline a resource of resource type OnOff, this message is displayed in the following cases:
 

  • If the monitor finds the resource is faulted, and the new state returned is not online.
     
  • The monitor does not return offline or intentional offline, and if the resource is not yet faulted, and the group under which resource is present is not frozen, and the offline wait limit is reached, and the clean was successful.
     
  • After monitor finishes. The group under which the resource is present is not frozen, and the offline wait limit is reached, and if clean was called successfully or the resources are marked as faulted.
