Description:

When the Veritas Cluster Server (VCS) engine starts an agent, it expects to receive the connection information from the agent. It then sends a confirmation to the agent. Subsequent transactions between the engine and the agent can only happen after connection information is confirmed.

The agent logs this message if it does not receive the confirmation of connection information.
