Description:
This message appears when the UseSystemD attribute is enabled and the StartUpOpt attribute is configured with SRVCTLSTART/SRVCTLSTART_RO for the Oracle agent and SRVCTLSTART/SRVCTLSTART_MOUNT/SRVCTLSTART_OPEN for the ASMInst agent. The Online entry point fails and the resource goes into FAULTED state while bringing the resource online.

Do one of the following:
1.If UseSystemD attribute is set, do not configure the StartUpOpt attribute with SRVCTLSTART/SRVCTLSTART_RO for the Oracle agent and SRVCTLSTART/SRVCTLSTART_MOUNT/SRVCTLSTART_OPEN for the ASMInst agent.
2.If you configure the StartUpOpt attribute with SRVCTLSTART/SRVCTLSTART_RO for the Oracle agent and SRVCTLSTART/SRVCTLSTART_MOUNT/SRVCTLSTART_OPEN for the ASMInst agent, do not set the UseSystemD attribute.
