RLink %s is not up to date, but there is insufficient time to complete the migration(exceeded the time specified by the RVGPrimary OnlineTimeout attribute); if the group does not eventually go online, use the appropriate vxrlink command to verify the the RLink is up to date, then clear the fault and manually online again
Description:

This error message occurs when you migrate the RVG to switch the application service group from the primary site to the disaster recovery site, if the RLink associated with it is not up to date.

Use the vxrlink command to verify the status of the RLink and wait until it is up to date. Then, clear the fault and try onlining the service group manually.
