Description:

This issue might occur you start a Veritas Cluster Server (VCS) cluster on a node where SQL FileStream is configured.
 

This error occurs when the VCS agent for SQL FileStream fails to execute a Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) method. See the errorMessage text for details.
