Because of schedule and time constraints, performance charts are not available for Windows hosts in Veritas Operations Manager (VOM) 3.0.

If Active Administer fails to activate the link, troubleshoot the problem:

1. Check vxsvc status:

     /opt/VRTSob/bin/vxsvcctrl status

     The output should be online.

2. Check the health of xprtld on the managed hosts (MH):

    /opt/VRTSsfmh/adm/xprtldctrl status

 

    The output should be running.

3. Try to refresh discovery to force a report of Veritas Enterprise Administrator (VEA) status:


    /opt/VRTSsfmh/bin/mh_ctl.pl --family NR -- refresh

If these commands return the output described above, and the Administer link is still red, contact Veritas Technical Support.
