Description:

This message is displayed when the number of subdirectories in a  Veritas File System (VxFS ) directory exceeds the maximum number that is specified in the  vx_maxlink tunable. The value of vx_maxlink is different on different platforms. This warning suggests that a subdirectory cannot be created because this limit was reached.
