After rebooting, the disks and disk groups no longer show up in VEA but are present in the HBA management software and also in device manager

- Disabled one of the HBA's if there are two installed on the system Uninstall Symantec's DMP DSM reboot and reinstall Symantec's DMP DSM
If this doesn't repair the issue then VEA will have to be reinstalled. (This will incorporate a manual uninstall (293238) and cleanup of VEA to verify removal of orphaned files and to ensure a clean re-install)

Save configurations
After logging in, you can retrieve past reports, share reports with colleagues, review notifications you received, and retain custom settings. Anonymous users cannot access these features.
Bulk uploader
As a registered user,you can upload multiple reports, using the Bulk Uploader.
