Description:

When you mount the file system, the mount command issues the Cluster Volume Manager (CVM) ioctl command to extract some information regarding the volume. This message is displayed when the ioctl command fails.

Check the message log to figure out what went wrong with the volume on which the file system is being mounted, because the CVM ioctl command fails only when the volume gets deleted.
