Description:

This error message is displayed because of a failure to scan the local users on the specific filer or the SharePoint web applications. There can be multiple reasons which cause the scan to fail.

View the respective log files on the Collector node and determine the cause of the error. Depending upon the cause, you take relevant steps to mitigate the problem.
