To rectify this issue, perform the following checks:
 

  • Check that the path to the privilege control software exists on the remote hosts. For example, if you specify /usr/bin/sudo while configuring the agentless hosts, then check that /usr/bin/sudo exists and is accessible for the specified user on the remote agentless host.
     
  • Ensure that the required CLIs, which vary depending on the operating system of the remote host, are configured properly under the specified privilege control software for the specified user.

    For example, the specified user can successfully execute one of the documented CLIs using sudo on the remote host.
     
  • Ensure that the required CLIs can be executed by the specified user on the remote host in non-interactive mode.

    For example, sudo myCLI should not prompt for a password.
