To rectify this issue, perform the following checks:
 

  • Verify if the specified managed host name or IP address is reachable from Veritas Operations Manager Management Server.
     
  • Verify if the managed host is up and the XPRTLD process on the managed host is running.
     
  • Verify that port 5634 is open in firewalls between Management Server and the managed host.
