Description:

This error appears in the Logs and Database panes if the Authentication Service is configured in AB-only mode on the host on which you install CommandCentral Storage 5.1.  It is shown when you navigate to Settings > Diagnostics and then click the Logs tab or Database tab.  If you click Try Again, a login screen for CommandCentral Storage Change Manager appears.  If you enter your login credentials, log in fails.

Currently, there is no solution.  If you enabled CommandCentral Storage Change Manager, you can access the Logs and Database panes from the CommandCentral Storage Change Manager Console.
