This message displays when you try to attach a plex to a volume and there is no complete plex for the volume or the volume is in the DISABLED state.

If the volume is in the DISABLED state, after you fix the disk with the error, do the following:

  1. Enable the volume. Enter:

    vxvol -g dg_name -f start vol_name

  2. Attach any detached plexes. Enter:

    vxplex -g dg_name att vol_name plex_name
