Description:

During the plex attach operation, data is read from an existing source plex and written onto the newly attaching plex. This message is displayed when the read fails on the existing source plex. If there are no other source plexes available, the plex attach operation will also fail.

To solve this issue, check the system log to see if there are I/O errors on the disks. If no I/O errors are found, retry the plex attach operation.
