READ error at block 0: System error: There is an input or output error.
Description:

This message is displayed when there are I/O errors on one of the plexes of the volume during a full volume synchronization/recovery operation. The volume synchronization/recovery operation tries to read data from a plex and synchronize it with the other plexes of that volume. If the read operation fails for a particular block, this message is displayed and the volume synchronization/recovery is stopped.
