Cannot allocate space for %s block log: Not enough HDD devices that meet specification.
Description:

This error message is displayed when the vxassist addlog command does not find enough space in the disk group to add log plexes.

For example, if the vradmin createpri command tries to add two mirrored data change map (DCM) logs to the data volume(s) specified on the command line and this message appears, the message indicates that the command cannot add the DCM logs to the data volumes. This situation can occur if there is not enough space in the disk group or just one disk in the configuration.

Make sure that there is enough space in the disk group and that there are at least two disks in the disk group. Then, retry the vradmin createpri command.
